Multicoloured lace waterfall overjacket

Stop the traffic in this bold and bright eyecatching lace overjacket.  Waterfall in shape, the jacket falls to mid thigh.  It's an edge to edge style which can sometimes be quite voluminous but the seamed panels give shape and 'neatness' to the jacket.  Looks fabulous over navy.
